Flextile VCT installation

Doing some work in County schools and they are using Flextile VCT.

Looked on the internet for the products installation specs and found a site that says it is a directional product. This is not a problem but re-finding the site is. Need a hard copy ....C. M. A.

Some subs insist on 1/4 turning it regardless of the arrows or stamps on the back of each tile. So now the job is no longer consistent.

Going to Flextile is of no help......clean,dry, ... yada yada...nothing about weather it is directional or not.

Anyone have some further information on this product.
