Felker Vs. Husqvarna
I have been shopping around for a tile saw and narrowed it down to 2 - Felker and Husqvarna. I went to ishop and they recommend these but I want to get other opinions before the big purchase. What do you guys say?

Re: Felker Vs. Husqvarna
Since Husqvarna owns Felker, Target, and Clipper-Norton, it is pretty much a moot point isn't it?

Re: Felker Vs. Husqvarna
Same ownership doesn't mean same product. A lot of times these companies are bought out and combined with another that carries the same product line.
Anyway, I would go with the Felker. The main, and most obvious, difference between the two is the base. The Felker has a four post base. The Husqvarna has a folding base like an ironing board. Although the Felker takes up more space, it's much sturdier. You mentioned IShopTileEquipment.com, they're a pretty good online store. I've bought from them in the past, and received quality service. I'd recommend them. |
