Dura-Ceramic Flooring...


Hey guys, today I looked at a job for a potential new client. They have a couple bathroom's they would like to remodel. The homeowner want's to use Dura-Ceramic flooring, anyone ever used this or have any pros or cons they could give me?

Read the instructions!!!

If the substrate is not absolutely flat, your going to have issues.
Do not grout like you would ceramic tile! Use a stiff sponge to wipe down and don't apply a lot of pressure, or you will wipe out the acrylic grout.
Work small areas at a time when grouting.

If installed correctly it is a really good product. Looks as real as tile without some of the drawbacks of tile.
