How many guys you got?
You're gonna need like 3 guys with demo hammers to get it done in a day.
Then you need 2 or 3 "gophers" to carry debris into a dumpster buckets.

I know my crew could get a couple thousand square feet of deck mud and tile ripped out in ONE day. So it's just a matter of figuring out how much to pay them. And maybe take them out for beers after.
