Custom Building Products Tile Underlayment


Took a chance on "the new generation of backer board". Two days after grout we ripped it up---thinset (polymer added) does not adhere to the board---easier to take the tile up than lay it down. On the other hand, the bottom (with thin set on plywood) would not come up. And, no--we did not install it upside down....

The product is Easy Board---very light, easy to cut, easy to remove tile from...
