Cork Underlayment Question - Mannington I-core Install
I am installing a Mannington I-Core floor on a concrete slab and I am trying to decide between 3mm and 6mm cork underlay. Has anyone out there done a similar install? I would prefer to use 3 mm as then I can use the T-molding to transition to ceramic tile in a few areas and if I use the 6mm I think I will need to use a reducer strip. To make a long story short if there is not a large sound difference then I am going to go with the 3 mm.
Any insight on this? |

I would imagine there is a difference. But how much I do not know.
