OK I will attempt at keeping this from getting long winded.

A year ago we got a call from a construction company from Ohio. They asked us to go take a look at this Veterinary clinic and give them a price on replacing 3000 ft of tile that had been in for a year and was failing. I wont give product names but it rhymes with retrowhore.

The stuff was attracting dirt like a magnet and coming up on the exterior walls - other than that I will have to hire Chuck Norris to rip it out.

We did a Calcium Chloride test and found some of the front of the buildings slab was pushing a 7 to 7.5 for moisture.

A year goes by and apparently some litigation with the old flooring contractor. After re doing the bid a million times with heat welded, vinyl tile, flash coving, blah blah blah the finally chose some Tarkette Fiber Floor ( with a pattern, so now we have to redo the totals for material) and want it heat welded. I guess its the product they used to replace Coordinates

No worries, it can be done according to Tarkette.

We are using some product from Apec that says it can retard ( heh I said retard) up to 8 lbs moisture. Would appreciate any input- if any- anyone has on that.

I will be skimming it with primer and Ardex before putting the vinyl down with the manufacturers adhesive.

The rear of the building is totally covered with epoxy and has the bogus tile that we will rip out ,on that. I am hoping a skimcoat of Ardex will be cool over that. Im just hoping that the non porous epoxy wont need a different adhesive?

Now the Vet Clinic can not be disturbed too much during this process so they want it done in three separate weekends from Friday night to Mon Morning. Should be fun trying to keep a pattern lined up doing the job in sections.

Lol I shoulda run the other way but the Dough is just too good.
