Ceramic Over Asbestos
i just read a post from this old house about how you can install ceramic tile over asbestos. how could anyone install on top of something that usually pops out with a putty knife. AND even if they don't pop out easily it still should be removed. any opinions.

Re: Ceramic Over Asbestos
in denver we have alot of asbestos tiles, if they don't want them removed properly, we pass on the job too much liability.

Re: Ceramic Over Asbestos
Tiles over another floor is an idea, but it could be bad if the old floor pulls up a bit, it will affect the new floor.
