'Cement Look' Products On The Market?

I want to do the top layer of my floors to have that cement / loft look that I see all over the place. Getting it the traditional way of simply grinding down the surface is not an option for me.

I found a few products that would work, but they're rarely to be found in the United States. One of them is by a company called Forbo - Erocol - Beton Design.

Is there a company / product line you guys can refer me to that has a large / reputable presence in the United States?

My understanding is that it is some sort of a paste product? With a cement ingredient?
