bathroom floor needs replacing

the toilet in my bathroom rooks back and forth so i believe the water is running on the floor. the subfloor is rotting away. does anybody know how i should fix this problem?

Then shut the water to the bowl off, remove it and see why it's leaking check the flange, don't know what you have there, lead bend, crack in pipe, Etc., you get the picture, maybe just a bad seal, who knows, then replace any rotted or warped flooring and covering that was there.
